A physician referred strength and conditioning coach, Coach Greg McNeil is a dedicated student and follower of Pavel Tsatsouline since 2008, using advanced techniques to reverse-engineer a great many strength feats and exercises. Applying universal principles of strength and conditioning along with the constant influence of Pavel and StrongFirst, Coach has seen his work become highly specialized over the years, ranging from his work with medical clients - significantly reducing spinal curvature in idiopathic scoliosis clients while increasing their flexibility and mobility (video testimonial),

improving bodyweight and pitching strength for Div-1 baseball pitchers, improved testing performance for active duty/reserve servicemen and women, fireman, outstanding high school athletes and designing elite bodyweight strength and conditioning training for his passion – bucking bronco and bull riders. Coach Greg is also a winning competitive natural body builder (1997 Albuquerque, NM), Wing Chun Martial artist and has produced 5 instructors in the Albuquerque/Belen area and seeks to produce future instructors in Gallup and the surrounding communities.
